Your 3D showcase is hosted via a cloud network. This allows anyone to access your 3D showcase, anywhere in the world. However, it is not downloadable.

The time taken to scan your property largely depends on the size. You will have to show our photographer around the property premises before the 3D scan. Eg. A 2,000sqft property takes approximately 90 minutes.
It is important for you to stage the property. As we know, a neat house sells better than a messy house. Please stage the property for the 3D scan before the appointment. Our photographer is not obliged to help with the staging.
We advise that you book at least 1 to 2 weeks advance prior to the scan. Please contact us to check the available slots.
Please change your appointment time 3 working days in advance. Otherwise a $50 fee will be levied.
The photographer shall give allowance up to a maximum of 15 minutes from the appointment time. After which he would have to leave for the next appointment. In cases of the customer being late for the appointment, a rebooking fee of $50 will be levied.
Before the 3D scan, our photographer will inform you if there is a huge discrepancy in the declared built-in size after checking the premises. After the 3D scan, you will have to send us proof of the built-in size you declared in the order form. If not, we will search for the actual size or estimate it via the 3D scan. A top-up amount will be required before we send the links and embed code to you. You may receive the links and embed code after 48 hours.
All scans are non-refundable. Please schedule the appointment within 3 months of the order date.
Yes. Please inform us of the changes within 3 months of the order date.
No amendments can be made after the 3D scan is completed. You will have to purchase a new 3D scan. Therefore we advise you to stage the property before the appointment.
